Betty J. (Jackson) Turner

Betty J. Turner, 95, of Bringhurst, passed away at Franciscan Health on August 29, 2022. Betty was born on Dec. 24, 1926 in Carroll County, IN to the late Clarence and Evelyn (Moore) Jackson. She was a graduate of Delphi High School.

She married Howard A. Turner in 1968 and he preceded her in death.

She was a salesperson at JC Penney.

She loved watching and raising exotic birds.

She is survived by her children: Debral Woods of Bringhurst, Tom Patrick of Delphi, John A. Patrick III of Burnettsville, and Dorinda Beever of West Palm Beach, FL; brother Clarence Jackson of Lafayette; 4 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.

Along with her husband she was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Hammond and a grandson, Rodney Woods.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at IOOF Cemetery at Brookston. Pastor Bob Duke will officiate.
