Catherine (Moyers) Justice

Catherine (Moyers) Justice, 72, of Delphi, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2025, at her home. Catherine was born on July 13, 1953, in Maryland, to the late Claude and Opal (Bradford) Moyers.

On December 2, 1972, Catherine married the love of her life; Alvin Justice Jr., who preceded her in death on November 15, 2007.

Catherine had worked in the orchard at Martin’s Family Farm for several years. In her free time Catherine enjoyed spending time in the outdoors where she would watch the hummingbirds and tend to her flowers. She had a witty sense of humor and loved to joke with everyone. Her most cherished time spent was with her friends and family.

Surviving Catherine include her son; Robert Justice, step-daughter; Christine McPherson, grandchildren; Devlin McPherson, Megan McPherson, and two great-grandchildren.

Catherine was preceded in death by her husband; Alvin Justice Jr., step-son; Alvin David Justice III, and brothers; Claude Moyers Jr., and Dan Moyers.

A graveside service honoring the life of Catherine will be held on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, at 12 noon, located at IOOF Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg. Friends are welcome to gather with the family at the cemetery.
