Clara J. (Conn) Mclellen

Clara J. McLellen, 89 of Delphi passed away on March 5, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Delphi. Clara was born on April 29, 1933 in Romney, Indiana to the late Elvah and Florence (Smith) Conn.

Clara was a graduate of Lafayette Jeff High School. She married Theodore F. McLellen in 1949 at Lafayette and he preceded her in death.

She was a bookkeeper for the Louisville Country Club.

She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Lafayette and Grace Lutheran in New Albany.

Clara enjoyed exploring on the computer.

She is survived by children: Cindy McLellen-Knoth (Bob) of Delphi; Michael McLellen (Elaine) of Ft. Myers, FL and Gary McLellen (Jill) of Ashville, NC; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Thomas and daughter, Patti Ramely.

A Celebration of Life Service will be planned for a later date. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lafayette.

Davidson Funeral Home has been entrusted with her final arrangements.
