David M. Criswell

David M. Criswell, 74, of Idaville passed away on Sept. 12, 2022 at White Oaks Health Campus in Monticello. David was born on June 14, 1948 in Idaville to the late Glen and Nettie (Whiteman) Criswell. He was a 1966 graduate of Twin Lakes High School.

David married Carolyn Barnes on Jan. 16, 1966 in Burnettsville and she survives.

David retired as a truck driver for Carter Block in Logansport.

He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children: Tina Miller (Kenneth) of Ft. Wayne, Jeffery D. Criswell (Reann) of Reynolds and Michael D. Criswell (Bethann) of Idaville; brothers: William Criswell of Idaville, Vernie Criswell (Vicki) of Delphi and Bernie Criswell (Sandy) of Cookeville, TN; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ron.

Visitation will be at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi on Sept. 16, 2022 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be at Davidson Funeral Home on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022 at 10:00 am . Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.
