Deborah Ann (Robinson) Ratliff

February 4, 1952 — September 7, 2021

Deborah Ann Ratliff, 69 of Rossville, passed away at her home on Sept. 7, 2021. She was born to the late Glen Albert Robinson and Wilma Louise (King) Robinson Graham on Feb. 4, 1952 in Lafayette.

She attended Delphi Schools.

Deborah worked at ADM in Frankfort.

Her first marriage was to Larry Shaw and they later divorced. Her 2nd marriage was to Bill Kempf and they divorced.  Her third marriage was to Smokey Joel Ratliff on June 20, 1992 at Sandy Hook, KY and he preceded her in death on June 9, 2013.

She spent many years as a military spouse, stationed in Germany, Georgia and Kentucky.

She is survived by her son, Larry “Pete” Shaw II (Larry Sheely), daughter, Amy Fields (Mark) , siblings: Tracy Claiborne (Tony) and Steve Robinson (Karen); step-siblings: Karen Graham, Rhonda Gardiner, Mike Graham, Cliff Graham, and 2 grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, husband, Smokey Ratliff; step-father, Clifford Graham and sister, JoAnn Draper.

Visitation will be from 2-4:00 pm on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021 at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. A graveside memorial will be at a later date at IOOF Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg, Indiana.
