Richard Lee Tatman

Richard Lee Tatman, 74 of Flora passed away at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Delphi on Sept. 7, 2021. Richard was born on March 24, 1947 in Brookston to the late Charles George and Ruth Elizabeth (Disinger) Tatman. He was a 1966 graduate of Carroll High School in Flora

Richard married Linda Lee McCarty on Jan. 23, 1971 and she preceded him in death on March 17, 2015

He retired in 2000 from Pioneer Seed where he had worked for over 24 years. He then worked at Wabash Trailer from 1995 to 2005.

He was a member of the Valley View Church in Flora.

He enjoyed fishing, baking, working in the yard and gardening.

Surviving are his siblings: Kathleen Martin (Ralph), Carl L. Tatman (Liz), Gene Tatman and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 sisters and a brother.

A graveside service will be held at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Flora on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bob Duke officiating.

Memorial contributions in Richard’s memory may be made to the American Stroke Association.
