Robert L. Little Sr.

Robert Little, 79, of Lafayette passed away on January 15, 2023 at IU Health in Lafayette. He was born on July 30, 1943 in Tippecanoe County to the late Lee and Edith (Sisson) Little. Robert attended East Tipp Schools. He married Rita Stinebaugh on Feb. 2, 1963 in Battle Ground and she survives.

Robert retired in 2003 from Globe Valve Manufacturing in Delphi where he worked as a polisher.

He enjoyed raising chickens, gardening, feeding the birds, hunting and his Pomeranians that rounded up his chickens for him. He loved spending time with his family his new shiatzu, Patti.

He is survived by his wife Rita Little of Lafayette, son, Robert Little Jr. (Vicky), of Delphi; daughters: Alice Pierce (Douglas) of Lafayette and Diana Alderman (Don) of Delphi; siblings: Ina Disinger, Audrey Chappel, Doris Walton and Judy Klopenstein all of Lafayette and brother, Barry Little of Battle Ground; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded by sister, Laura Bloyd and brothers John Little Sr. and Phillip Little.

Visitation will be at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi on Friday, January 20 from noon until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service. Burial will follow in Americus Cemetery, Americus. Pastor Bob Duke officiating.
